My approach to therapy is called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This is an evident based therapy which is used to treat a wide range of issues. CBT is used to address a wide range of emotional challenges such as but not limited to mental illness, relational conflicts, grief and loss, emotional trauma related to abuse of violence and substance use disorder.
